Pay starts at $17.35 / hour plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses.

You will be cleaning one single account on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

2.5 hours each time you clean 7 hours per week, not too much, not too little.

As well as two small accounts on Wednesday that are close to each other at 1.0 hour each.

We provide the cleaning solutions and equipment, you just show up. Flexible start time between 5 : 30 p.m and 7 : 30 p.m.

but ALL accounts MUST be started by 7 : 30 p.m.

We do interviews via ZOOM and use a video based training system to help you get started right away!

Applicant must be able to work alone in an office building often unsupervised with occasional client staff on location.

• Applicant must have their OWN transportation, sorry the busses do not run where you are needed to clean.
• Applicant must be a self-starter capable of lifting up to 20 lbs ., bending repeatedly, and able to work on hands and knees upon occasion.
• Applicant must have attention to detail especially when it comes to vacuuming and regularly sanitizing all hard surfaces such as desktops, touch points and tables.
• Remove all trash and re-line waste receptacles and clean receptacles if bag has leaked. Dust all horizontal areas. Sanitize all restroom fixtures including partitions and doors.
• Re-stock consumables such as toilet tissue, paper towels, and hand soaps. Clean break room / kitchen sinks, counter tops and tables as well as appliances. Spot clean glass.
• Team member must be able to adequately operate a back pack style vacuum cleaner on all flooring types carpet / tile / linoleum (approximate weight 10 lbs.

each visit for up to 30 minutes. Damp mop all hard surface flooring.

• Applicant must be able to use text messaging, operate various alarm code keypad systems, and have internet access for Payroll check stubs as well as video-based training systems.
• Applicant must have a bank account to accept direct deposit payroll only and have their own vehicle with insurance and valid drivers license.

Candidate must wear appropriate business casual clothing on job site i.e.

no sandals or open toed shoes, no stretch pants, no t-shirts.

Applicant must begin work between 5 : 30 and 7 : 30 p.m.

Your typical workweek will look like the following :

Tuesdays & Thursdays - same routine in the same building close to I-70 and MidRivers Mall Drive.
